Bean is a 7 year old Australian Cattle Dog in Burleson, TX, who needs $1,000 for Emergency Visit, Blood Work, Urinalysis, and Meds.

Bean(which is the original name he was given upon being rescued in a Tennessee field) came into my life as I had Ben on a list to foster a rescue late 2016(he was found limping from a back leg: which x-rays later showed a fractured hip which needed surgery). I wasthen contacted that I was next on the list ,& upon seeing his story chose to foster to adopt. I adopted Bean a month after caring 4him.

Bean requires a visit to the emergency Animal Hospital after I came home late last night and noticed he had eaten my dark chocolate caffeinated chews supplement. I have given him plenty of water and have taken him for a long walk: he seems a bit agitated & is drooling. I am short of funds and can not pay an emergency visit. Plan on staying up 2observe any other symptoms as a result of this demise

Regardless of him being blind for 3 years; Bean is so smart,playful,loves people and other dogs. Bean loves playing w/my daughter ,and is such a ham around the ladies: loves the attention & getting petted. He is dearly loved by everyone in his life and by our neighbors: who often get closer to pet or play with him when we go on neighborhood walks. Bean wins&warms every heart he touches by beingHIM

I’ve recent encountered a few unexpected expenses,have no emergency fund: that is why I can not bring him to the emergency tonight. I just pray he didn’t ingest enough to make him so sick that he ends up with terrible consequences. He has been through 2 surgeries already .
