Bear is my sweet old man. We call him strawberry cause he's sweet. Cheesy I know but he really is. Bear went under surgery yesterday 8/30 for an agressive mass that appeared on his back foot and began to grow very quickly. Scary kind of quick. Unfortunately his team was suspicious of cancer and we received confirmation on 9/8/22. We can do this!!!Please help me give the best care for my fur baby

He makes this sweet almost pop noise when he sleeps but not a snore. It's the cutest noise you'll ever hear. He has the cutest trot when he runs . Berry has the sweetest eyes with his grey face to match his sweet soul. He really is a gentle giant and always so patient. He is the easiest dog I have ever given medication too, as long as he gets a pill pocket. He is so smart, he can open doors lol.

Friday 9/9 I have received the ominous call and confirmed our fears. We are dealing with an aggressive sarcoma. Grade 3 with incomplete incision which we knew most likely would come back with that comment- meaning We didn't get it all during surgery due to sight area and risk of removing too much skin in the leg area would further complicate closure and long anesthetic time.

Unexpected expense, I just went through an investigative rhinoscopy procedure for his sister to find out why she was having nose bleeds and ulceration of the nose. Results concluded an auto immune disorder of lupus orgin. I used my emergency savings for procedure.
