Beau is a 8-year-old Pit Bull mix Dog in West Palm Beach, FL, who needs $2,000 for ACL repair.

Beau is a sweet and snuggly Pitbull who I rescued from a farmer's market when he was just a little puppy. Someone had tied him to a fence and left him in a park overnight. An old man found him, could not keep him, but went to the farmer's market trying to find him a good home. I fell in love completely, and he has been by my side ever since.

Beau loves to snuggle and be anywhere his family is. He enjoys treats, walks, snuggles, being talked to, and watching TV. He is also in charge of being the family watch dog. Beau is also (prior to his injuries) a huge fan of daycare, where is loves to run around with his best fur-friends and play hard.

Beau is the big, intimidating Pitbull who is terrified of everything. He absolutely hates balloons and refuses to go into any room where a balloon might be floating. He is not a fan of peanut butter or thunder either. He loves small kids and is always patient and friendly, letting them pull on his ears and walk him around.

Beau has torn BOTH of his ACLs in both legs. I was able to pay for one leg, which cost roughly $4,800 and included 6 weeks of intense PT post-surgery. Now Beau's other leg is so bad he tor through his meniscus and it is becoming harder and harder for him to walk. The only solution is another ACL surgery. His vet Bill Sharpe will perform the surgery through Healing Arts Veterinary Center.

I am a teacher so I do not make much in general. Overall to have both legs fixed will cost me about $10,000. Any help to relieve these costs would be greatly appreciated.
