Bella is a 3-month-old Labrador Mix in Belle Mead, NJ, who needs $1,000 for Hospitalization for Parvo Treatment.

We adopted Bella from the local shelter on March 5th. She was a rescue dog from Puerto Rico who made a journey all the way to New Jersey. I firmly believe that she was meant to be with our family. She is a labrador-spaniel mix and she is 3 months old. As per the paperwork provided from the shelter, her vaccination records were up-to-date and in good standing.

Bella is very sweet and loving and although she has only been in our lives for a short period of time, she has already walked into the hearts of so many. We are a family of 4, including 2 boys. Our sons immediately fell in love her at the shelter and we absolutely had to have her as part of our family.

We unfortunately haven't had much time to bond with her since she became sick only being home for barely 2 days but she has been sweet to everyone she has met. She has settled into the family quickly and we loved her instantly. As a puppy, her natural curiosity and gentle nature are endearing and we look forward to spending more time with her

Bella joined our family shortly after the death of our beloved cat of 16 years. Bella instantly bonded with all of us, especially our 9 year old son. We adopted her from a shelter on March 5th and 2 days later, she was diagnosed with parvovirus, despite being fully vaccinated. She has been in the hospital for close to a week and given her condition, it is our only option for treatment

This was a sudden expense that we were not prepared for, especially after treating and losing our 16 year old cat recently. We paid a significant amount of money trying to save our cat so Bella's treatment is a lot to take on financially.
