Bella is a 10 year old Harlequin in Bloomfield , NJ, who needs $1,000 for Exotic Bladder Lavage Flush.

My family and I rescued Bella who we thought was as a girl from a park in a cage back in the summer 2015, 1 month later we brought Bella to the vet and found out that Bella was a boy we still kept the name but knew now it was a boy later that month he got neutered he was approximately 7 months old at the time, my family and I had him ever since we’ve taking him to vet checkups every year.

Bella’s has always had his yearly check up until 2022 he became real lethargic and we realized he wasn’t peeing and he made noises as he was trying to go, we brought him to North Star Vet’s and they said he had Bladder Sludge and stones that if he didn’t get it flushed he would die from not peeing so we did that, ever since then he was fine until May 30,2025 with sludge again.

Bella is not a normal rabbit he is a big part of our family including being my emotional support animal due to my medical condition ( POTS) he is a free roam bunny inside only and when I have these medical attacks he is always right by my side he is now 10 years old and I want him to live out the rest of his live comfortably and not in any pain from the sludge coming back again.

When I first rescued Bella I was able to work, now my medical issue ( POTS) have stopped me from working a lot so now I have help doing side jobs like DoorDash, and Instacart which doesn’t make a lot at all, Bella needs another bladder flush immediately before he is blocked
