About this campaign
My family and I rescued Bella when she was 6 months old. We fell in love with her the moment we saw her. She’s now almost 7 years old and has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. She is the sweetest and most lovable girl you could meet. She’s also the goofiest. She has such a big personality and never fails to make you smile even on your worst day.
Bella loves her tennis balls and playing fetch. She could literally play fetch for hours if you let her. Winter is her favorite season because she can roll around in the snow and the snow is her second favorite thing to tennis balls. Bella has the biggest heart in a dog that I’ve ever met. She adores my family and I, as we do her and I couldn’t imagine a world without her in it.
I currently live alone with Bella and have a hard time making ends meet. I have no savings because I live paycheck to paycheck and never expected something like this to happen. I have no one to help me with financial costs and Im scared that I’ll lose my girl because of this
Bella recently took to eating her bed as well as clothing which is very abnormal for her but I believe it was anxiety related. I was concerned because she hadn’t eaten food in about two day, nor has she had any kind of bowel movement. I took her to Pieper Veterinary where they took X-rays and identified blockage in her stomach as well as her small intestine which she will need surgery to remove.
Bella bonded the most to me which is why I took her when I moved out of my family’s house. She has been such a life saver for me. Anytime that I’m down, she senses it and smothers me with her love until I’m no longer upset. She’s never failed to make every day better for me. She’s my best friend and I would do anything for her.
