Bella originally came into my life when I was active duty military she was given to me by a coworker that was looking to rehome her at the time she was four years old. She currently lives at home with me. She received her name from her previous owner, but I like the name so I kept it.

Prior to June of this year, she hasn’t had any medical issues this past June while on a walk she suffered a heat stroke after being rushed to the vet & a few days in the vet. She was treated and made a full recovery, but in the recent months she began to have seizures. She’s had three altogether and after bringing her to the vet, the vet recommends her getting blood work done to find a root cause

Bella is incredibly special to me because she served in the military with me patiently and helped a lot with my mental health over the years. She’s the only family that I have my father’s deceased and I’m not close with any of my living family members due to being in the foster system, most of my life. She was there for me when I had no one else and that’s what makes her so special to me

After being discharged from the military due to medical reasons, I’ve been put on a fixed income and after exhausting all of my income, this past June on her heat stroke it is made it increasingly difficult to keep up with bills around the house.
