Bella is a 8 year old Boxer in Lancaster, PA, who needs $2,000 for Kidney Surgery to Remove Stones.

Bella is a rescue, we got her when she was 7 months old. We live in PA, and she came up from The Carolinas after Hurricane Joaquin in 2015 and was found abandoned. She has been with us since July 5th 2016 and has helped us raise our 4 kids. Our daughter who is 10 now has only even known life with Bella.

2 weeks ago she went to the vet, we found out she has kidney stones they were able to dislodge it. We had to take her back again today and after xrays we were told she needs to have surgery to have the kidney stones removed or her bladder will burst and she will die. Our vets around here are booked out 3 weeks and might not make it that long we had to take her to PETS emergency vet.

Bella loves to snuggle, it's the best feeling in the world coming home to her and seeing how happy she is to see us. My wife and I work together so when we come home Bella goes crazy! It really brightens our day coming home to that. She's been a therapy dog for our kids growing up and getting them through High School Her demeanor makes her the sweetest most gentle dog, and she acts like a princess

We have 7 people living in the house. While we're not living paycheck to paycheck we do not have the means for the huge cost of the unexpected surgey. The need is immediate and we don't have the time to 'save up' money to get the proceedure done.
