Bella is a 5 year old Mix-Breed in Little Rock, AR, who needs $400 for Hospital, IVFluids, Antibiotic, Seizure Meds.

Bella’s mother was a side of the road rescue of my family friend. I picked her out of the litter five days after she was born. I am 12 yo; she is my BEST FRIEND!!! Bella helped us take care of my Grandpa: reminding us to take meds, food, etc. Bella is a super smart girl. She loves us and protects us.

Bella started having seizures today. Yesterday we thought she ate something bad. A friend took us to a vet, Providence Veterinary Care 870-942-4237. The vet thinks she ate antifreeze or rat poison. Bella’s bloodwork shows her kidneys are in trouble, but the vet thinks with iv fluids she could possibly pull through. The vet has made her comfortable. I do NOT want her to suffer. But she is my baby.

Bella gets out of the fence no matter how many holes we repair. She is so smart and knows what she’s doing. She goes back in the hole. Haha! I am home schooled and am with Bella most of every minute of most days. She is smart, loving, protective and the best dog. I wish she could tell me her thoughts because she has a lot of them!

My family is struggling financially with the increased cost of everything. My Dad’s industry went down last year because of Covid, then after that he had an injury and was not able to find work he could physically do until January.
