Bella is a 9-year-old Labrador Retriever in Prospect Park, PA, who needs $2,000 for emergency care.

Bella is a cherished member of her family and community. The beautiful yellow Labrador is an emotional support dog to her human mom, Angela M., and her community.

"She serves everyone from small children to the elderly with terminal ailments," Angela tells Waggle. "From physical to emotional needs, Bella is there to sense who needs her. She never fails to put a smile on their face either with kisses or a toy."

But Angela and those who rely on Bella were devastated when she had breathing problems and soon after needed emergency surgery because her stomach flipped. On top of that, she developed post-op pneumonia and is hospitalized in the ICU.

Angela is distraught, trying to visit Bella in the hospital while struggling to pay her enormous medical bill.

"I work seven days, two jobs, and 60 hours a week," Angela says. "One job is a small business and the other as a babysitter. My savings are gone. Payment is due at discharge, and all three of her issues have been life or death. Please help any way that you can."
