Belle is a 11 year old Pomeranian in Fair Oaks, CA, who needs $6,000 for Femoral Head Ostectomy Surgery.

Belle came into my life at a time I needed her most. I adopted her in 2015 when she was a year old. I had just had a health scare /surgery that I survived. I was living alone in San Diego and going to college. She became my best friend and companion for everything. We explored southern California together and have gone through every milestone together (good and bad).

She is a teacup Pomeranian and because of her size and current age she is fragile/easily prone to injuries. She recently fractured her hip going down the stairs and is in need of surgery. I am currently not working and recovering from my own back injury and financially in a tight spot. Belle has been my support system and now she needs support/help and I want to be able to provide that for her.

Belle isn't only my dog but she is part of the family. She has traveled with me across the country for family events/trips. She is very smart and is always alert. She is known in our neighborhood as the dog who is always happy to go for a walk and has a fancy pet stroller for when she gets tired. She brings happiness and comfort to us.

Unfortunately the past 6 months have been the hardest months for me and my family. I am currently not working due to a back injury and this has put a great toll on me/us financially and emotionally. Belle has been a huge support system and I just want to her to be healthy.
