Belle is a 3 year old French Bulldog in Yelm, WA, who needs $2,000 for IVD Hemilaminectomy.

We adopted Belle when she was 6 months old. She was the smallest of her siblings and the sweetest. At that time we had Raja, a 1 year old male rescue pit mix, and Luna a 6 month old kitten. Belle instantly connected with them and soon they were inseperable. About a year ago we added another rescue to the family, Merrida. Belle loves her siblings and they love her. She is the spunky pack leader.

Belle recently started becoming less interested in playing with her siblings. She started just sitting back and watching. She then started showing less interest in food and toys. Its now progressed to her not leaving her bed or going out to pee alone. She can barely walk or stand. Xrays show she has herniated disk in her back requiringy surgury. Blue Pearl in Olympia has her on meds for pain.

Belle is super sweet and a bit sassy. She is a small dog with a big personality, the leader of her pack. She's always happy and shows it with her big frenchie smile and high energy. Coming home to her is the best, she literally jumps into your arms. Her little puppy kisses are the best. Seeing her in pain and immobilized is heart breaking. I miss seeing her running around with the other dogs.

Asking for help is a hard bit but this year has had a number of curve balls. Unfortunately most of our savings have gone to an emergency surgery for our youngest, and home repairs. Belle is a light to our family. All we want to see is that big grin back on her face.
