About this campaign
Bentley came into our lives unexpectedly as part of an accidental litter. He just turned one on October 25th, While he’s our only pet at home, Bentley has a special bond with his best friend, a Great Dane, at his grandparents’ house, and the two of them are inseparable. As for his name, it came to us randomly one evening. After tossing around different names Bentley just fits him perfectly.
Two months ago, Bentley had a seizure while vomiting. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and an esophageal hernia. He healed quickly, but recently had another episode. The doctors say he needs surgery to remove the hernia, or he’ll continue suffering. We’re asking for help to afford the surgery and give Bentley the healthy life he deserves. The surgery would be done at Texas A&M Hospital.
Bentley is the sweetest, most loving dog you could ever meet. His favorite thing is cuddling under the blanket, snuggled between your legs. He’s also obsessed with toys, especially his fluffy green dinosaur and any kind of ball. He even loves stealing his grandma’s dryer balls! Bentley’s gentle, playful nature brings so much joy to everyone around him.
We’re facing a $6,000 bill to save Bentley’s life, an unexpected and overwhelming expense with no emergency fund. Bentley is our baby, and the thought of life without him is tearing us apart. He means the world to us, and we’re doing everything we can to help him.
