About this campaign
Betty Boop had only been in our lives for about a week before she had two surgically fixed anal prolapses. She is currently recovering from surgery at the vet until Friday for observations.
She was rescued from negligent owners who did not bring the animal to the vet and instead listed her on Facebook for rehoming.
Betty Boop is loved by myself and my fiance and our roommate and two cats, Loki and Luna. The cats have accepted Betty Boop into their lives and play with her daily. When she's not suffering, she's loving and happy and wants to be around us at all times. We love her and want to continue to help her return to a normal quality of life
Betty Boop is always loving and playful when she is feeling well. We love watching her playfully jump on Loki and she loves sleeping with us as her new people. She has a very outgoing personality that we would all love to get to know better but we need a fighting chance for her for that to happen successfully.
We do not know much about Betty Boop's history because of the short amount of time that we have had her. Her first prolapse occurred just a couple of days after we got her and she was brought into the vet for surgery and then shortly after we thought that she had recovered the second prolapse occurred and she had to be returned to the vet and is now being observed after a second surgery
Myself, my fiance, and our roommate all live in one apartment. I am on disability and my fiance works part-time in our roommate unfortunately at the moment does not have a job
