Betty White is a 10-month-old Saint Bernard in Altoona, PA, who needs $2,000 for Spay and Gastropexy.

So Betty White came into our lives because it was always my dream to have a saint bernard. We bought our first house and I was finally able to get a puppy. A week after we brought her home, I lost my job. As the primary breadwinner you could say, in our family it kind of set us back. I am now trying to figure a way to get her spayed and get her gastropexy so she has less of a risk of getting bloat

Betty has to be loved. I have a child with autism. He is not the biggest fan of having fluffy animals in his face. Betty wouldn't take no as an answer. She would go over and lay beside him for hours while getting no attention. after a few weeks of this he finally gave in and she has become a source of comfort for him.

We found an orphaned kitten. she was only about 4 weeks old. Betty took on the role of mom and has been caring her for. For the past 4 weeks all Betty cares about is that kitten. It is the cutest thing. She is a very caring and nurturing dog,

She is genetically predisposed to getting bloat due to her breed. Bloat is a condition in which her stomach can flip and literally burst from the build up of gasses. By the time the symptoms show it is too late to treat. This surgery can prevent it and help her quality of life. for now to keep her safe, she has to stay crated after eating. This can stop that.

Like I said I lost my job, I have 3 kids, I am currently trying to find a new job but its been hard. My savings are practically depleted with just trying to keep our house. This isn't an emergency but it is needed, I appreciate anybody even reading this. so thanks!
