About this campaign

Big Stink is 7yrs old. He is a 140lb. Pitt/Mastiff. He has been with us since he was born. We took his mother in at 6mo old. She gave birth to two males in 2013. We kept Big Stink, the first born. Ava passed away in 2018, leaving our family and Big Stink feeling empty and alone since they had never been apart.

Big Stink sleeps in our bed with us at night. He loves going for walks and running around at the ball field across the street. He loves his ball and playing fetch.... but rarely will let you have the ball. Also, loves the tug toy. Tug toys are his absolute favorite! Him and his mama would tug each other all day long.

Due to the coronavirus, lost wages and spike in expenses we are unable to afford the cost of surgery for our dog. I cannot express how lost we would be if we didn't have him. He is the best dog ever. To come home and not see him waiting in the window would be devastating.

Diane Wittner and Leslie Personett at Fur and Feathers Veterinary Care will be doing the surgery to remove a Mast Cell Tumor on Big Stinks back leg. This needs to be removed as soon as possible before it starts affecting other parts of his body, like his organs. This will definitely give him a longer life with us.

He has a chair he sits in so he can look out the window. He is always there in the window when we arrive home to greet us. If he is hungry, he paws his food bowl and lays next to it with paw in bowl. Has a specific bark/howl he does that makes us laugh. He loves to run up the hill chasing chipmunks. They taunt him...
