Bill has a perineal hernia I’ve been referred to WSU for a consultation which they said would be 1500 to 2000 following this will be surgery that will cost 5000 to 6000. He needs to have this asap. He’s already had to have his poo cleaned out because he couldn’t poo. Fortunately his bladder is still in place. His condition is not going to improve without surgery it will continually get worse.

Bill is precious to me in all ways. Everything Bill does makes me happy. He was ment to be in my life and I his. He’s my friend my companion my love my dog. I’m hoping you’ll understand this and have a heart to help him.
