About this campaign
Blaze has been part of our family since 2020. I knew he was meant to be mine the moment I saw him on our local animal shelter’s website. He lives indoors with me and my daughter and is truly family. Blaze loves snacks, belly rubs, and playtime. He is loyal, loving, and always by our side. He brings joy, comfort, and laughter to our home every day and is deeply loved.
Blaze receives his veterinary care through Banfield Pet Hospital. Recently, a mass was found and evaluated by his veterinarian. A fine needle aspiration was performed, and the results showed that the mass is a mast cell tumor. His veterinary team has recommended surgical removal of the tumor as the next step in his treatment.
Blaze is more than a pet—he’s my son. He is loving, goofy, and always knows how to make us smile. He follows me everywhere, greets us with excitement, and loves being part of everything we do. He shares a special bond with my daughter and brings comfort, laughter, and unconditional love to our home every day. Our family simply wouldn’t be the same without him.
As a single mom on one income, the cost of Blaze’s surgery is a significant financial burden. Blaze is family, and I want to give him every chance to live a long, happy life. Having him healthy again would mean the world to me and my daughter. It would bring peace of mind.
