Help Blinky Heal and Find His Way Back Home

Last week, Blinky escaped and was either hit by a car or injured by another animal. His family isn't sure exactly what happened, but they know the little dog they love came home badly hurt, with broken bones in his foot and leg.

After being evaluated, Blinky's veterinarians determined that the damage to his left rear leg is so severe that amputation is necessary. His surgery is estimated to cost approximately $985, and he will also need to be neutered and receive additional care as he begins his recovery.

Blinky came into his family's life after they learned that a friend's dog had puppies. The moment their children saw his pictures and videos, they fell in love with the adorable little ball of fur. Today, Blinky is so much more than a pet. He is their baby, their companion, and a beloved member of the family.

The thought of Blinky losing his leg is heartbreaking, but his family knows that getting him out of pain and giving him the chance to heal is what matters most. They want nothing more than to see him healthy again, running and playing in the yard with the people who love him.
