BLU is a 8-year-old Corgipoo in Accord, NY, who needs $2,000 for Kidney Dialysis.

Blu lives with my husband and I and our two boys, 2 and 5. He lives on our hobby farm with horses, chickens, a pig and his pup siblings. He loves to play fetch with my boys.

Blu is a companion for our family but was working towards being a therapy dog and competing in agility with my 5 year old son. He gets along with all of our farm animals and especially loves our chickens!

It’s his “corgi butt” wiggle for us and his ice blue eye. He has the biggest heart and can put a smile on anyone’s face. He’s the perfect pup for our boys!

Blu is being treated for acute kidney disease. He is going on week two of treatment. He has had 4 dialysis treatments so far. He has made great progress but he is not out of the woods. This is not genetics or cancer.

We were given the quote for this upcoming week of care and financially we are out of options. Being in ICU is $1,000 a day. We have used our savings/credit cards to pay for the care he has received. He has fought so hard we can’t let him down now
