Hi my name is Blue. A Siberian Husky with Blue eyes rescued from Houston, TX. I was roaming the streets with no collar or chip, not sure why I was abandoned. My new parents heard about me from their sister-in-law. They drove 24 hours during something call Hurricane Beryl. On the way to Wisconsin I met my new older sister they call her Lilly. WIsconsin is the best , nice and cool.

My medical condition is a torn ACL that occurred at the end of February 2025, My pet parents were told that the surgery would be about $6000. The hospital is Pleasant Prairie Animal Hospital. Dr Terry Pettey said that a TPLO would be the best way to deal with this. If I do not have this surgery my other leg (right rear leg ) will have the same issue.

I love to play with children. I talk a lot especially when I want my pet parents to get up and let me out in the mornings. I like to howl when the first responders go by. I like to shake my paw when asked and sit on command. I love to be rubbed on with affection. I love to be brushed and vacuumed. For ME the best thing is playing in the snow. Try to get me in when it is snowing or cold.

with Blue having a torn ACL he is unable to walk very far or enjoy running in his backyard. He is not as active and has a hard time sitting. We can tell his in pain. The cost of the surgery is a lot for us to handle being on a fixed
