Blue is a 10-year-old Dachshund in San Antonio, TX, who needs $2,000 for Severe Hernia Removal Surgery.

Since a puppy Blue has the run of the house. We had to put a fence around our yard because he always would climb the chain length fence and get out. We did have a gate to keep him out of the living room but he figured that out and every year we have to cut the trees because he figures how to climb them and get over the fence. This why we call him "Bluedini".

He has always been daddy's baby boy. Always racing him out the back door to the yard. He loves to hide his bone of course not until he prances it around in front of the other dogs. He loves everyone that come threw our door but his favorite is his dad. When Nick goes to pick him up there is always a growl with the wag of the tail. Once put down he's up dancing for more.

Blue is full of love and compassion. He loves just sitting in his doggie pool on hot days. When we went through our miscarriage 3 times although always a daddy's boy never left my side. He was right there. He would sneak his way into the living room just to be next to me. He is a protector. Nothing can get into our back yard without him letting us know. The skunk was the worst...lol.

This is an emergency and is unexpected. He has and needs removed a hernia on his rectum, two hernias on the left and right side of his groin and a testicle that never dropped. The surgery is extensive but will be done at Eagle Veterinary Hospital by Kenneth Kirlin here in San Antonio TX 10 min from our house.

It would mean the world for us to save our Blue. The vet bill is $3894.14. Right now we have $2162.53 we need the Rest. I am the only one working at the time. Please help.
