About this campaign
I rescued Bobo from the shelter where he was taken after his owner was not able to care for him and both he and owner were living in a home that has since been condoned..
I have been able to administer medications and provide a loving environment during the short time Bobo was in my care. I know Bobo has many more years to bring happiness to his owner.
I adopted Bobo from Alvarado City Shelter after his owner became a ward of the state and their hone was uninhabitable. I was later informed that he has a stone on his urinary tract that required surgery to remove. The minimum cost for surgery would be 1800.00. Bobo has had the necessary shots and was seen at the Alvarada Vet Clinic and required surgery as soon as possible.
I am on a fix Social Security disability income. I was elated to be able to rescue Bobo and he brings so much happiness I believe he deserves a chance for a Happy life
Bobo requires surgery as soon as possible to correct a possible ruptured bladder. He has been leaking blood from his genital area. Bobo has also been unable to have a bowel movement. Ruptured bladder due to his straining and he has delveloped a small protrusion on his belly side due to his staring to defacate.
Bobo is sure a lovable cutie with a calming manner. His favorite thing to do is put his head into the palm of your hand for a head rub. After about 2 weeks he was unable to move his bowels. Dr suggested it was possibly due to ruptured bladder. Bobo remained playful and happy in spite of these issues. I only had Bobo for about a month and he has brought only happiness to me during that time.
