Bohdana Bogedain is a 3 year old French Bulldog in Lake Park, GA, who needs $2,000 for Left Ear Externa Ablation for Congenital Stenosis.

We adopted Bohdana in December 2023. She was a rescue from Ukraine that was being used to breed pups. The story was told that she could not have pups due to complications, and she was of no use to them anymore. Our vet recommended her to us, and once we met this sweet angel, it was love at first sight. We renamed her Bohdana which in Ukraine means "Gift from God".

When we took her in, the Vet told us that she was healthy, although she did have elevated levels of concern for her Kidneys. She also had an infection in her left ear that was untreated or not treated properly, and scar tissue built up. Bohdana tends to scratch at it to extreme measures at times. We gave her Apoquel, which helps, but a specialist said that he could repair it and be ok. But its $4k

Bohdana is so sweet and loving, full of life and energy. You can tell that her life before us was potentially bothersome as she tended to wake with nightmares and bark or get low on the ground if she felt trouble or anything that startled her, so we don't know what she faced in Ukraine or from the breeder's situation. This dog is so lovable and is finally starting to trust us.
