My name is Grace, and I’m raising funds for my dog, Bonnie—my best friend and constant source of joy—who was recently hit by a car. Bonnie is the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere she goes. She’s hyper, endlessly sweet, and always wagging her tail, ready to love anyone who gives her a moment of attention. Seeing her hurt and unable to be her happy, energetic self has been absolutely heartbreaking.

After the accident, Bonnie’s injuries became clear very quickly. Her leg is swollen and she’s in pain, and she needs medical care at Family Animal Hospital in Friendswood, Texas. The veterinarians there can help her heal, but due to personal and financial hardships I’m currently facing, I simply can’t afford the procedures and diagnostics she needs on my own. I’ve been doing everything I can to comfort her, but it hurts knowing that love alone isn’t enough to take away her pain.
