Boo is a 6 year old Labrador Retriever in Bay City, MI, who needs $2,000 for Super Liver Biopsy Aerobic & Anaerobic Cultures.

Boo is my service dog that assists me because I am hearing impaired. I have had her for 3 1/2years and she continues to assist me with remaining independent in my home. My adult daughter and I live with Boo in our home.

Boo has elevated liver enzymes. A liver biopsy must be performed to determine diagnosis and determine what condition needs to be treated. At this time, it is unknown what is causing her elevated enzymes.

Boo brings so much joy to my life. She is a spitfire who is always happy and animated. Boo alerts me to sounds and brings things to my attention at home due to me being deaf. She is also an important emotional support for both me and my daughter.

I am disabled and live on a fixed income. I manage all of Boo's care on my own but the biopsy needed is out of reach for me financially. She has had other testing and an ultrasound completed already.
