BooBear is a 3-year-old Chihuahua in Isanti, MN, who needs $2,000 for Back/Pelvis Surgery Following Auto Accident.

I got BooBear as a companion for my other Chihuahua, Mookie, who is about 2 months older than Boo. They have been inseparable ever since. Our family grew even more when I rescued a 2 day old puppy (BabyBug) that was rejected by his mother and had to bottle feed him. BooBear loves playing tug-of-war with Bug, but since Bug grew up, he doesn’t win like he used to.

Boobear and his brothers love going for car rides, eating “puppydog hotdish” (hamburger+bacon+dog food), and going for long walks/exploring in the country where he doesn't have to wear a leash. He loves being with his mama and would follow her to the end of the earth. He loves taking naps and sleeps with his mom under the blankets every night. He loves other dogs and people and is so sweet

Boobear’s best friend is Mookie. He doesn’t want to admit that he loves BabyBug as well, but he does. His first friends include Pandabear (a pitbull), Sasha- (a lab/pit mix), as well as his human friends. Anyone who meets him are instantly in love with him. He wants to make friends with everyone, even big scary looking dogs. He is the fastest dog I've ever seen

boobear wanted to enjoy the first 50 degree weather day, after a long Minnesota winter, and decided to go for a walk without his mom knowing. He was hit by a black SUV off of highway 47. The driver did not stop. We went to the emergency vet in anoka, and they think he might have broken his back or his pelvis. They released us- telling us to figure out our financial situation before coming back

I currently stay home with my bfs kids and don't have a emergency fund. I do snow removal in winter and construction in the summer and right now waiting for the weather before i am called back to work.
