Booker is a 2-year-old Siamese in Qulin, MO, who needs $145 for spay surgery.

She was very wild & feral, about 18 weeks old, hungry, cold when she first came up to eat w/ other stray cats. Fell in love with her blue eyes and the markings on her short white hair. I wanted her to join with the two tuxedo cats already in my care inside. Through patience and approaching her daily I was able to catch her & start taming her w/ love.

She's unusually affectionate prefering to coo like a pidgeon with loud purring. She acts like she wants to talk but can't talk aloud. She's playful &funny. She always seeks attention from me or the other cats. She runs very fast that's how she got her name. She's doesn't jump on the cabinet not table, preferring the cat tree, the back of the couch or available window

She's active, funny, & gets along well with her adopted brother & sister cat as well as my older Chihuahua. She's affectionate and be makes me smile as her love shines back to me and the way she moves her mouth wanting to learn how to talk. She especially loves the older fixed male & chasing anything that moves

She ran away the day before she was scheduled to be spayed & now I can't afford the cost. The rise in cost for trying to keep all my furr-babies fed healthy meals, litter, rent, & other bills needed to keep us with a roof over our heads & barely comfortable living is almost more than I get per month being a disabled Marine getting less than $950.00 a month & $19.00 monthly snap benefits.

Just want to be able to continue to give her the comfortable life without the fear of her running away again & keep the fear of having to part ways with her. I took her in, tamed her & it will break my heart & hers if I lost her now.
