About this campaign

We got Boomer from a friend of ours who's dog had puppies. The Kids decided to name him Boomer because they wanted to say here comes the Boom. We have had him since he was 8 weeks old and he is a year now. He lives with myself, my husband and our two girls who are 4 and 7. He is a huge part of our family and loves to go to the park and on walks along with out other dogs Biscuit and Minnie.

Boomer loves treats and will sit, shake, lay and speak for one. He loves to be pet and always likes to be by one of us. He plays with his other doggie brother most of the day when the kids are at school. He is most definitely our family dog.

Boomer loves to hug. If you say give me a hug he will run to you, stand up and hug you. It is the sweetest thing. He also talks to you but its not a bark it is like a growl grumble. It is hilarious. He loves to play outside especially with the girls. He really loves his family.

Boomer has a foreign object in his stomach as well as a linear object in his intestine. So he needs surgery to remove these things and depending on the severity they might have to remove part of his intestine. This is not an optional surgery, without he will die. He has stopped eating and drinking and is in pain. We need help to save our dog.

Although we both work like most people we just make ends meet. Kids, food and basic needs and expensive. We have a small savings that we now used for Boomer's emergency room visit. To have Boomer healthy again would mean the world to us especially the kids. He is a good boy.
