About this campaign
Boone is just two months old, but this tiny kitten has already faced heartbreak. He was found in a backyard alongside his littermates, left behind with no mother in sight. The kind person who discovered them waited and watched, hoping the momma cat would return. But she never did. Boone and his siblings were truly alone, and thankfully, Saving Hope Rescue stepped in before it was too late.
Shortly after intake, Boone began showing signs of serious illness. He tested positive for panleukopenia, also known as feline parvo, a life-threatening virus that hits young kittens the hardest. Despite the diagnosis, Boone still had a strong heartbeat, bright eyes, and the will to live. The vet felt he was a good candidate for treatment, so the Saving Hope Rescue made the decision to fight for him.
Boone is now hospitalized, receiving round-the-clock care that includes IV fluids, medication, and monitoring. His care will cost up to $1,700, and while that is a big number, this little kitten’s life is worth every penny. Boone is responding well, but he is still not out of the woods. His sweet spirit is shining through. His vet techs adore him, and he has stolen hearts with his gentle purrs and brave little face.
Please consider donating today to help continue Boone’s treatment. With your help, Boone can grow up healthy, safe, and loved. Let’s give him the future he deserves.
