I've seen an ad in the paper for kittens and I went to the lady’s house and there was Boots. She was born under a shed in their backyard and was the runt of the litter, I had to have her the second I seen her. She was So small and cute and I have had her now for 12 years and she is the best cat there is.

Boots is everything to our family, she is the sweetest. She has had her shattered eye since she was born and has always been really small. She got her name boots because all four of her paws are white. What we love about boots and she always wants a good scratch, she might not ever sit in our laps or let us hold her but she is always down for a good scratch.

We could make payments for this surgery but paying in full is not an option. She is still her normal self and acts like nothing is wrong but the sore on her stomach is only getting worse and we can’t put her to sleep. Hope this surgery wouldn’t be too much for her body.

Boots has been very healthy her whole life until recently. She has had a large tumor on her stomach and We noticed a small open sore under her stomach and didn’t take long to get worse. We took her to the vet and they think it could be mammary cancer, they took a biopsy but results didn’t come back clearly but still recommend the $1700 surgery to remove her mammary glands that we can’t afford.

One thing that cracks us up about her is that every piece of clothing that is left on the ground at night will be drug by her and put under our dining room table. Seeing her drag a huge shirt under her tiny belly is pretty funny and she meows the whole time she’s doing it. We love everything about her.
