Bouncer is a 4 month old Chihuahua in Spearfish, SD, who needs $2,000 for Leg Surgery.

Bouncer was rescued from a lady that knew she was having surgery and would be unable to care for him correctly. The lady that his litter came from was unable to come and get him as she wasn’t feeling well and it was a long round trip. I was contacted to see if I would be interested in him to provide a loving home.

Bouncer was playing and ended up breaking his leg. We took him to the emergency vet who casted his foot and told us they weren’t able to perform the surgery he needed. I have spent the last week calling around for a vet that would be able to provide this surgery. I contacted Dakota Hills Veterinary Clinic and after doing a new X-ray and some measurements the were positive that they could help

Bouncer is my husbands best friend. ( Even though he wasn’t happy when I first brought him home. ) My husband has terminal cancer and bouncer follows him everywhere he goes. He helps cheer my husband up. He loves to play and make us laugh.

I would love to get bouncer the leg surgery he needs so that he can go back to playing and entertaining us. Also so he can keep my husband company.
