About this campaign
Bow was a small kitten when found at an abandon warehouse. My family rescued him and his litter mates and found his brother and sisters homes but decided to keep bow for our selves. He has always been a very energetic cat and very curious about everything. One night he was very lethargic and in pain so we took him to the emergency vet and it was concluded to have a urinary blockage of crystals.
Bow is not very trusting of many people. I his owner sees to be the only person that he truly feels comfortable with. He does slow my finance to interactive with him as we live together but if anyone comes into the house he goes into hiding until they leave. We have one other cat (shadow) another adopted stray that he wants to be around 24/7 and tried to nap with him all the time in their cat bed.
Bow has this specific toy mouse that rattles that he cannot get enough of. All you would have to do is shake the mouse and he would come running around the corner. Sometimes he would play fetch and bring it back when he really wants your attention.
The night bow was having issues we took him to the Anne Arundel veterinary emergency clinic in Annapolis. He did not have any prior medical history other than the yearly rabies shots. That night he was diagnosed with a urinary blockage and was kept over night with a catheter to drain is bladder. After the procedures we took him home and within 24 hrs he blocked again.
I have already paid for the procedures and cannot financial afford it again with being a new home owner and a baby on the way. The doctor mentioned that the only other option for bow would be to go through a procedures that would surgically remove part of his penis.
