Washington Health Outreach provides free/low cost vet care. I found this organization due to Bowser being emaciated and due to my health, Im unable to work. They did blood work and he has chronic kidney disease. I was graciously provided food, which I add water to, as he no longer drinks water with this wet food. Tacoma Animal Hospital will does blood work and help me give IV fluids for hydration

Bowser is special to me, which I know most owners feel the same about theirs, due to him being with me since birth. He took a liking to me and followed me around. I kept him and he was there when I was able to buy my first home. He has been helpful to my mental state as my health declined and went untreated for years. He's helped me along the way and doesn't need to suffer due to my predicament
