About this campaign

Bramble was struck by a car, leaving her with a shattered leg and hip.

A kind-hearted person found Bramble, and although they couldn't afford medical care, they did what they could to comfort her. They gave her a cozy blanket and pillow while they searched for assistance.

The wonderful One by One Animal Advocates team heard about Bramble's situation and decided to help. The veterinarians examined her carefully and sadly discovered multiple fractures in her pelvis and femur. These injuries were so complex that they would require two surgeries, pins, plates, and over $3,900 to fix.

"Amputation is cheaper and easier, but she is only 6 months old and the prognosis of saving her leg was excellent. She has her whole life ahead of her, so we opted to repair," Heather A. tells their supporters.

"It’s a lot of personal responsibility knowing an animal will suffer if you don’t help so, even though we are tired, low on money, or no fosters available, we take a leap of faith and say yes, then figure it out as we go."

Please consider donating today and helping Bramble get back on her paws so she can enjoy a happy and healthy life!
