About this campaign

I was fortunate to rescue Bree when she was almost a year old. She was a stray, left to roam and fend for herself. It took me weeks to earn her trust, as she would wander in my yard, looking for food and water. I prayed she would eventually trust me so I could take care for her and provide veterinary assistance. I was so relieved when Bree finally allowed me to care for her.

Bree is a huge part of my family, she is my snuggle buddy and companion. She watches over me and helps me as I garden and she is a wonderful sister to her paw sister Bella. Bree loves all cats and dogs, loves playing with children and visitors as they stop by. Bree is with me always and literarily is my best friend.

Bree is on alert to let me know if anyone is knocking at the door. She seeks approval and definitely awaits a treat for her "sounding the alarm". She walks with me daily and insists on helping in the garden. She is under foot always, loves to ride with me to grocery shop and get attention from passerby's. She loves home made oatmeal and sits patiently for her reward, just a true blessing!

Bree needs veterinary assistance that I am having issues with affording. She is a senior dog, has apparent aches and pains with her joints. She has developed an allergic reaction, and itches constantly. She is in need of veterinary assistance for routine exam, shots, heartworm medication, steroid shots and medication for her arthritis. All Gods Creature Veterinary Hospital is wear I take Bree.

I am a senior citizen, divorced, fixed income and live alone. All I have for companionship is my pets. I live on social security and this has been the first year I have struggled to provide my pets with veterinary assistance. I desperately pray that someone can help my pets.
