Breezy is a 1-year-old Mixed in Acton, CA, who needs $880 for testing and diagnostics.

We recently took in Breezy and her sister about a month and a half ago. I was told the mother was part Lab and Rottweiler and the dad was part German Shepherd and Collie. Neither of them seemed like they spent much time with humans before and they appeared almost scared. In the beginning, Breezy was scared and would hide under the bed at first, so it took some time until she got used to us.

Breezy soon became part of the family. She quickly went from hiding under the bed to destroying the house if we looked away for a bit! Breezy showed our older dog he is not the boss and now cuddles on the bed every night with us. She loves playing with both her sister and our other dog who is 2 years old.

Unfortunately due to the pandemic we are low on funds. We tried everything we could do on our own but she needed to be seen. Breezy went from a ball of energy to a weak skinny puppy. She looks so sad and has no energy.

Breezy got into the garbage a few days ago, I noticed because she had the package for the hamburger meat we threw out earlier that day. She threw up several times that day. Going on day 3 now and she still has not eaten. She barely drinks water and will vomit if she drinks too much. I chatted with the vet and was told to take her in. We paid $120 just for the vet to take a look at her.

Breezy appears shy at times and bold at other times. She quickly learned from our older dog to potty outside. She loves playing with her sister and getting into anything and everything she can. Breezy is the sweetest puppy, she will cuddle with you at night, but tends to hog the pillows! She is a quick learner and a leader.
