Brock is a 6-year-old Longhair in Cranberry Township, PA, who needs $2,000 for kidney dialysis.

We rescued Brock. He had a horrible life until he met us. He was found with cigarette burns covering his body. He now is King of the castle and loved dearly by my children and I. He is my therapy in dealing with anxiety and my best friend. Brock loves to play fight with dog brother and is a big fan of cat nip.

Brock loves to spend nice days on our deck bathing in the sun. He is the biggest sweetheart and sleeps with my 5 year old at night. His favorite thing to do, until recently, is eat. He’s a huge teddy bear and means the world to us. We can’t imagine our lives without him. I am not ready to say goodbye to him yet. The vet thinks treatment will work and he could have many healthy years ahead.

I am a single mother to two beautiful girls. Their father is no longer with us. I’m currently out of work due to medical issues and currently having a lot of testing done.

Brock is currently admitted to the PVSEC hospital in Pittsburgh. He is in need of blood work, ultrasound and 3-4 days of IV fluids at the hospital. They don’t know yet what is causing his symptoms but he has lost a dramatic amount of weight and has not interacted with us at all. He is extremely dehydrated and needs hospitalization for a couple of days.

Brock is up at 6 am sharp every morning walking across me to wake me up to feed him. He can be found batting around his favorite toys, laying in the sun, or curled up in my bed. He is always bringing us toys. He is also a big fan of his treats. He loves being brushed but NOT a fan of baths. His mustache is the cutest!
