Brodie Morrow is a 12-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer in Loveland, CO, who needs $2,000 for Aspiration Pneumonia and Sepsis.

Brodie came into my life when I met my husband. Brodie was only a few months old at this point and I didn't really give him much thought or attention as I was afraid of dogs. Overtime, Brodie kept working and working on me, trying to wear me down as if he knew he wanted me to be his mom. Ever since, we have been inseparable and he is my best friend. He also has 2 younger GSP brothers!

Brodie has always been an adventurer. He loves to go on hikes and the elevation gain never seems to phase him! He just hops on along as if the hike is just flat ground! He enjoys pointing at bumble bees (I guess he thinks they are mini birds) and then he pounces on them and eats them. He and his brothers share the whole garage with their multiple beds but the dark and cozy crate is his favorite!

Brodie has always been that extra special dog, as if he just looks into your soul and talks to you as if he's a human. Him and his brothers are so loving and loyal but Brodie's love for us just seems 10 times deeper - I know, hard to explain! He is just EXTRA special I guess you'd say. His personality is so vibrant too with his love of chasing bumble bees, chewing on his bones and talking - A LOT!

Brodie has always had health issues from epilepsy to pancreatitis and multiple surgeries! While we were out of town this week, he started getting really sick last night, our dog sitter took him to the ER and they said it looks like he has aspiration pneumonia with early sepsis potentially. He is at Four Seasons 24 Hour Vet in Loveland, CO for right now in an oxygen box to help his breathing!

We were out of town this week (when Brodie got sick) for an emergency heart surgery for my step-son - a large unexpected expense. Then the ER vet bills for Brodie are way more than we can afford. We took a loan for it but if he needs to stay longer, we won't have the money
