Brody is a 3-year-old English mastiff in Auburndale, FL, who needs $2,000 for Surgery.

We got Brody 2 in a half years ago! My husband Bought him off of someone at a truck stop in Georgia! He was under weight when we got him he was 6 months already an all u seen was bones! So my husband the big heart he is bought him! He was over the road with my husband for 2 months an then he come home to my daughter an I! We fell in love with him an wouldn’t let my husband take him back with him!

Brody sleeps in the house with us with my daughters! He doesn’t like to stay in long because he is big an likes room! He has a rope that he loves to tug us around with! He loves to play fetch with sticks! N he is so gentle with my little girl! He isn’t a big fan of car rides but he loves to ride on the golf cart with us!

There isn’t much Brody our English mastiff is afraid of as far as storms an sounds he is afraid of hurting his little sister though my daughter! Brody is funny is he does something wrong an we get onto him he yells at us back! He loves to back talk I swear he is a child sometimes! It’s fun to argue with him! He never ends us in trouble because we end up laughing at him!

Brody ended up getting sick the veterinarians said he ate something that got stuck in his stomach n most likely he will need surgery! That will cost us around 15,000 because he is so big! We can’t lose him as he is plays a big roll in our family! He isn’t a dog to us he is our son an my daughters brother! That she is so very proud to tell everyone that he is her big brother!

I got into a car wreck the 12th of January shortly after that I lost my job! So we r just trying to make ends meet at this point! I wouldn’t ask for help but what else can I do? He is my son my baby!
