Brownie is a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in North Brunswick , NJ, who needs $2,000 for Diagnostics and Treatment.

Brownie is a rescue from Trenton Animals Rock. Before being his forever, we were fostering him. He was the most scared dog in Trenton's shelter and grew into being the most playful dog ! He is only three , and was nuetered. Him getting sick like this was a shock to the whole family including little Maggie ( his sister dog).

Brownie has something blocking his Urethra , making it so that he cannot pee on his own. We have hospitalized him three times now, as well as an additional visit and maxed out our care credit limit. Unfortunately, I was still in debt from a past dog ( now in heaven) at the time he got sick.

Brownie is the sweetest, most gentle dog. Please see the picture of his mouth slightly open as this is how he takes treats. He will also keep his mother open when playing with a human. He likes to snuggle, but I mean snuggle, like find the tightest spot he can. I call is " sqush" , and when he is all tried out from playing often ask him if he wants " squash". He loves his sister the most !

We have a basically one income household as my partner is frequently underemployed, but the biggest part is that I had already put myself in a hole, trying to find out what was wrong with my old dog ( who I loved dearly). At the time insurance had bamboozled me .
