Bruno is a three-year-old black/brown Pitbull with the gentlest soul. He came to our family after a breeder could no longer care for him, and from the very beginning he's been a blessing in our lives. Bruno lives in a quiet, rural town, where he can safely roam, sniff, and explore. Our three young kids are his favorite companions, and he has quickly become their loyal protector.

Bruno is suffering from sudden onset paralysis in his hind legs, and has been diagnosed with IVDD (slipped disc).
He was under emergency care, and is looking at a long road to recovery with surgery and rehab. The vet says he has roughly an 80% chance of walking again. He's responding to deep pain cues and has not lost bowel or bladder control, so we remain hopeful.

Bruno is a playful, sweet soul who loves soaking up the sun on the deck or lounging in a favorite chair. He bursts with excitement when visitors arrive, often showing off his zoomies.
Our young son is his best buddy, but Bruno also enjoys playing with other dogs. He's a joyful, well-rounded companion who brings love wherever he goes.

Our family lives on a single income and has always tried to be modest while raising our children. With the rising cost of living, it's been difficult to keep up-and now we're facing the heavy financial strain of an
