I got Brutus as a puppy from a pet shop. He is always so playful and has a toy by his side. When you take him out to play he will basically tell you when he is done and ready to go back in for some water. We have 2 cats that he loves chasing around the house but he doesn't mean any harm. He is a very strong and smart boy, not to mention he is a very good listener.

Brutus loves being outside. Whenever he has to go out he will come up to you and turn his head. when you get to the door he shows you how excited he is to go out. When he thinks its playtime, he will bring his toy up to you and put it in your lap. Sometimes if you pay him no attention, he will use his mouth to throw it in your lap until you are ready to play. He loves cuddle time with the cats.

It would mean everything to me for Brutus to be healthy again. Taking 2 trips to the vet and an overnight stay, expenses are through the roof. And we have no money set aside for surprises like this.

We were playing with Brutus one day and we noticed blood spots on the kitchen floor. We didn't see any sign from where the blood was coming from until he got up from laying down and there was a decent size spot, about the size of a quarter. Brutus is bleeding out of his penis. Taking him to the vet, the stated he had an enlarged prostate that is causing the bleeding. The put him on medication.

Brutus is a very special dog by all means. He knows when he did something bad and he knows when its time to get a treat. Brutus makes us laugh when we are watching tv. Its unique, but whenever there is a squeak on the tv similar to his toy, he will look everywhere for it. He is a very loving and sweet.
