Brutus is a 1-year-old Olde English Bulldogges in Metter, GA, who needs $2,000 for Cystotomy.

I lost my first bulldog in July 2022 and their was an ad for Olde English Bulldogges and this little guy Brutus stole my heart from the moment I video chatted with his human caregiver at the time. Brutus warms my heart and lives with us and Olive Oyl our little female Bulldogge. He joined our family in November 2022.

Brutus is a love action Marmaduke. He runs and slides down the hallway to fetch his ball. He sleeps in bed and we call him swirland plop. He circled and just falls where he is going to sleep.. and doesn't matter if it's on his humans. He makes all our extended family laugh and he is more likes human. He drinks coffee with my husband in the morning ( well he sneaks a sip)

Brutus is a talker, he will grumble under his breathe to get your attention. He will also come over and lay his head under your chin and no response he pounces on your chest and licks you. He taught himself how to open the screen door so he can get out to greet everyone coming in the gate. He plays ball and will slide and turn to run back to you for you to throw it again.

10/30 Brutus couldn't urinate took him to Metter Vet they did bladder stone surgery. Brought him home 7 days later, he wasn't better & still bleeding profusely. Called Metter vet they told us they would board him so we didn't have to deal with the blood, was normal. 2 days later he was barely moving, took him to Gateway Animal Hosp he was anemic, needed surgery again &possible blood transfusion

We are on a fixed income, my husband has had 2 surgeries, seeing an oncologist,left heart cath procedure & unknown what will be needed there. Brutus will come home 11/21 to stay this time I pray. Only had him 3 days since the first surgery. He has special diet food now
