Bubba is a Golden Retriever that I adopted 10 years ago. I saw him on a news segment & found out, he was at an animal shelter. I immediately went and adopted him. Bubba is a trained service dog for PTSD & Epilepsy. Bubba likes riding in the car, doing commands such as: high five, play dead, roll over, knock out, shake hands and fetch. Bubba lives on 3+ acres that he loves but, he's an inside dog

Bubba has brought so much love & joy to my family! He's not just a Service Dog but, he's a pet and best friend for all of us. Bubba sleep's with me every night & he loves his head rubbed until he goes to sleep. Bubba loves catching flies in mid air & playing fetch. Bubba love's showing affection to everyone! He is a gentle giant!

When Bubba was younger he was another Marley! He ate dry wall, bit through a chain link fence to get to my daughter when she had a seizure. My husband is a veteran that suffers from PTSD and Bubba knows when he's having issues and he will not leave his side. He always gets my attention by nosing me.

Bubba is treated at Cropwell Small Animal Hospital in Cropwell, AL. Last year, Bubba was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer & Hip Dysplasia. Bubba had to have Emergency Surgery Monday July 25,2022 for an abscess in his front right leg & chest. He has drains placed and has to have them removed Friday. Bubba is on antibiotics, pain medicine and arthritis medication.

I am my husband's primary care giver and we're on a fixed income through the VA. I have to have a major surgery but, I had to cancel due to Bubba's emergency surgery and the vet bill. It would mean the world for us to have Bubba healthy again so I can have my surgery!
