Bubs is so special because he has overcame EVERY obstacle hes been faced in his short life so far. He is so loving, so adventurous, and is just the sweetest kitty you would ever meet. He loves everyone, all animals. His demeanor is calm and just radiates love and gratefulness. This is the third situation in his short life he has had to overcome something huge.
