Big Boy Bud is 15 yrs old and this is his/our life/love story. I had retired from cat rescue but one more rescue was written in the stars. Mama gave birth to two kittens: Big Boy Bud and Sweet Petite Honey Girl both now 15yr old seniors living out their lives with me as I promised them and their mom.

Dr Paradiso and Hamilton Animal Clinic are excellent for both Bud (and Honey). 2023 Diabetic Diagnosis at $700. emergency service hospital with Routine blood work $175-200 each visit, insuling 100-300/yr. 2024 dental totalling $5000 (not including Honeys), and routine senior wellness and illness check ups have taken their financial toll on my savings and credit.

Bud was a precocious and athletic kitten but slowed condiderably since 2023 diabetic diagnosis. He has always been a "scarf and barf" boy with a sensative, nervous stomach and digestion, special food needs and allergies. Still somewhat precocious, he enjoys quiet attention and is a loyal, loving and stoic protector of the household.

Aging is never easy, always expensive, and none of us gets out of this life alive...both siblings have placement in case of my demise, but neither should have to suffer due to my economic dilemma. Neither sibling qualifies for pet insurance. We live economically low income.
