About this campaign

We found Bud on a small farm in South Georgia, and the moment I saw his sweet little face, I knew he was the one. Still, we kept an open mind because we wanted to make sure we chose the right dog for our family. Since we had plans to start a family, it was important to find a dog who would fit with our lifestyle and grow with us. But when we met Bud in person, all doubt disappeared. Out of all the pups, he came straight to us first, like he already knew he belonged.

Right now, we’re facing an emergency. Bud has a blockage in his GI tract and is currently being treated at the Veterinary Emergency Group in Brookhaven.

Bud and our daughter are inseparable. She’s not even two yet, but the bond between them is undeniable. Every time she eats, she tries to share her food with him. He’s incredibly well-trained, but she’s still learning that some things, like toys and food, can’t always be shared, no matter how much she loves him.

This has come at the worst possible time. My wife and I have been doing everything we can to catch up financially since having our daughter, especially with the impact of the writers strike. We were finally getting back on our feet, and now this emergency has hit us unexpectedly.
