Buddy is a 7 year old Golden Retriever in Allentown, PA, who needs $2,000 for CHOP (chemotherapy).

One day I stumbled across a pet store and ran into my dog Buddy and he’s been apart of our family ever since. He is now a big brother to my son and Buddy will be 8 in the next few weeks and I’ve had him all these years not ready for our family to say goodbye to him. Asking for some help to get some more time with our big friendly boy!

Buddy recently got sick after a groomers appointment which led me to take him to the vet. The vet noticed enlarged lymph nodes and he came back with lymphoma which is a common but treatable cancer in Golden Retrievers. I am looking to get him some treatment to extend his life because otherwise he may only have a few months left. We are seeking treatment with Private Veterinary Specialties

He has been with me for almost 8 years and has played an important role in my life and my sons. He is so sweet and protective of us and he still has the energy of a puppy. He is so kind and gentle

I am a single mom so unfortunately money is on the tighter side and treatment for lymphoma can be a little costly so anything will help and be appreciated. Just looking to extend his life while keeping him happy and healthy and giving him a good remainder of his life.
