Little Buddy is a very sweet boy who is going through a lot right now. He is loved by many people. Mr. Buddy, as I call him, came to my life as a gift from a friend. He was the most precious gift anyone can have, he was 3 months. Since then he has been on my side during good and bad times. I love him dearly but now he is sick and I'm trying to safe his life. He doesn't deserved to suffer...

Dear Buddy has a charming personality, he rarely barks, at the beginning we thought he was mute because he never barked but soon we realized he was sad because he got removed from his pack and family. And, It took some time but soon he felt at home. He has such a strong spirit! He is fighting for his life, I can see it in his eyes.

I was given an estimate for the surgery + EKG. He needs a surgery before the mass erupts because it can be a life threatening situation. This estimates are impossible for me to cover due to the lack of work because of the pandemic. I used all I have on him.

Recently he has showed signs of discomfort. He was up most of the night and his body seems all hunched up so after several test were done X-ray, urine, blood, and consequently an ultrasound. It was confirmed, he have a murmur, a big mass on his spleen and another in the liver plus a mass on his leg. His Doctor at Angell Medical, Dr. Susan Casal set up a date for surgery.

Mr. Buddy is full of surprises, he can welcome you like no other dog will, but you better don't pick him up. He likes to be on the ground, even when he was a little puppy he was always looking for his bed, he never wanted to sleep in my bed. His favorite toy is a long squeaky toy - it looks like a sausage that used to be bigger than him, but not anymore, however he loves the old furry toy.
